Product Overview
Beryllium Copper C17200 screws are high-performance fasteners manufactured from a copper-beryllium alloy (UNS C17200) conforming to ASTM B194 and ASTM B196 standards. This alloy is renowned for its exceptional combination of high strength, electrical and thermal conductivity, and non-magnetic properties. C17200 screws are precipitation-hardened to achieve tensile strengths up to 1380 MPa, making them ideal for demanding applications where both mechanical and electrical performance are critical.
Beryllium Copper C17200 screws are widely specified in aerospace, electronics, oil & gas, and precision instrumentation due to their outstanding fatigue resistance, galling resistance, and ability to maintain properties at elevated temperatures. They are also non-sparking, making them suitable for hazardous environments.
