Zeron 100 washers are high-alloy super duplex stainless steel flat, spring, and locking washers manufactured from UNS S32760 bar or plate, conforming to ASTM A276 and ASTM A240. With a 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, and 0.7% tungsten composition, Zeron 100 washers deliver exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking in aggressive chloride and sour environments.

These washers are specified for critical bolted joints in offshore, chemical, and desalination plants where standard 316L or duplex 2205 washers fail due to localized corrosion.
