Zeron 100 bolts are high-performance super duplex stainless steel fasteners manufactured from UNS S32760 bar stock, conforming to ASTM A276 and ASTM A479. The alloy’s dual-phase microstructure, with a balanced mix of austenite and ferrite, delivers exceptional mechanical strength and outstanding resistance to chloride-induced pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking.

With a PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) of 40+, Zeron 100 bolts are specified for the harshest marine, offshore, and chemical processing environments where standard duplex or 316L stainless steel fasteners fail. They are NORSOK M-650 and NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 compliant for sour service and are widely used in subsea, desalination, and aggressive chemical plant applications.
